DEREK SNYDER

Prior to entering the practice of law, Derek worked in a wide variety of industries including transportation for a class 1 rail carrier, sales, and manufacturing. His education, combined with his life and work experiences, have prepared Derek to be an effective communicator and a driven attorney who pursues excellence in everything. Derek joined WFL in August 2015 as an Associate Attorney and became Partner in March 2017. Derek's practice focuses on Estate Planning, Municipal Law and Prosecution, Probate, Property, Contracts, Collections and outside counsel for Health Systems.

Phillip D. Greathouse born in Davenport, Iowa, on May 11, 1967; admitted to bar, 1993, Kansas; 1995, Missouri; also admitted to practice before U.S. District Courts, District of Kansas and Western District of Missouri. SHARROCK DERMOTT

Sharrock became of counsel in May, 2019, bringing almost 30 years of legal experience to the firm. Prior to joining WFL, Sharrock served as a corporate attorney for multiple businesses, including The Empire District Electric Company/Algonquin Power & Utilities Corporation. Sharrock’s practice concentrates on estate planning, business planning, taxation, probate, commercial transactions, real property matters, mergers and acquisitions, and employment law.

R. BLAKE MARSH

Associate Attorney

Blake joined WFL as an Associate Attorney in May of 2022.  Blake earned his bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and a master’s degree in education from the University of Arkansas at Monticello. Before attending law school, Blake worked as an Escrow Analyst for Arvest and a middle school Mathematics Teacher.  During law school, Blake was selected to participate in the bankruptcy/federal practice clinic.  After law school, Blake worked in his father’s law office doing general practice of law including Probate, Estate Planning, Contracts, and Corporate Formation.  During free time, Blake enjoys playing boardgames, spending time with friends and family, and spending time on the Arkansas River.
Admitted to Bar: Arkansas in 2021; Missouri temporary 2022 full admittance pending.
