WARTEN, FISHER & LEE'S HISTORY

Serving the Four-States for Over 75 Years

In 1944, Henry Warten (1910-2007) founded the law firm with a dedication to providing exceptional legal services to residents of Joplin, Missouri and the surrounding area. Roger Fisher (1939-2001) joined Henry in 1968, and together both men assisted countless families with estate planning, business formations, probate matters and also represented various municipalities. Robert “Bo” Lee joined the practice in 1976 and continued the legacy of the firm, practicing in the same legal focus. Bo went of-counsel in 2014 and in 2017, Bo retired. Derek Snyder and Phil Greathouse took over as the two practicing partners. For over 75 years, Warten, Fisher, and Lee (WFL) has built strong client relationships and has had the privilege to provide legal guidance to their clients, their clients’ children, and now even their clients’ grandchildren. WFL provides legal services for multiple cities, villages, and other political subdivisions while still serving individuals, families, and businesses in the Four-States area. The firm has attorneys licensed in Missouri, Kansas, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Texas, and the Quapaw Tribal Court, as well as U.S. Western and Eastern Districts of Missouri.
